I have noticed that my posts or posts in general about that generation(sista becky,gaz mawete,gaz fabilouss,rebo,samarino,gally garvey and co) rarely go above two replies,or we dont even post about them at all
even innoss from a certain time it has dropped aswell,is it because you'd want them to rather be rumba ndombolo artists?

Gaz Mawete and Fabilous are clown the rest are great artists. I don't know why they get so much belittling, it is another type of music yes, it isn't Traditional yes, But I love it and tbh Innoss now in clubs play more then your average Generique tbh now with the Nigerian dominated Music that aafrican clubs put Innoss and I hate to say this Fally (damn I said it) are the only Comgolese who keep the flag afloat also don't forget Awilo, rhe problem is that guys like Reddy Amisi, etc. Etc rarely gets pushed help by the community who claim they want good rhumbas or generique because an Artist has to be PERFECT otherwise he is trash, other then JB, Koffi, and Fally which Leader of the old generation or even guys who started fresh like Fudji, Judol, etc. Gets support from the people who claim to love Ndombolo and Rhumba? Very few Werra started to do Kuduro, Ferre always gets clownes for his generiques and Heritier is now a clown cause he wants to be a bigger artist then he is right now so, what us young guys have to do? We will support our DJ P2N, DJ Amaroula, Pson, Dj Bombe, MLG MOCHRISTO etc.

I like samarino. Yeah it urban Congolese I like a lot. If you can recommend a few albums that would be good.

I only comment when i find any song interesting and good. i could careless about Rumba music that shit died long ago

this is the same reason Heritier couldn't fill stade de martyrs and Fally did

Me personally I’m a fan of Gaz I think some of his songs are closer to traditional Rumba than we give him credit for, for example Assez. Also I agree that we don’t support new Rumba artists enough as a collective considering we say that we want Rumba to do well.

When it comes to Congolese music, If it’s not rhumba or sebene and some folklore I don’t care for it.
