Yep because of the one month delay before platforms release(all the behind the scenes legal process before album release which replaced the factory time for cds) ,by the time the mix of the parts of deplick thierry finite and the jdt solo song plus the two new songs ordered by big donors(government people you cant say no to) is done,it would be then release after the 14th automatically, so they surely said instead of releasing lets say the 20 or the 27th lets just put it on the 3rd march which is his birthday

It is about Dominancy. See most Congolese people.fromcthe generation of Bill, Fally, and to some extent Werra etc. Grew up sith the image of Mobutu a strong Congolese leader who was able to say fuck you to Belgium, The States and whatever western country he didn't feel particularly good about, so a lot of musicians have mimicked this behaviour Mobutu didn't tolerate peoole who were a threat to his power or that questioned his ideas the same for Musicians who become leaders, (for example.guys like Fabregas, Werrason, Roga Roga etc. Feel that they are perfect and that their musicians make mistakes, you have Roga Roga for example re ally being serious saying that Sonor and the others betrayed him despite Roga giving them peanuts in every concerts) they always need to establish dominance and see that they lead
