My guess is that it is a nzonzing album of former musicians of Congolese Brazza groups.

Some of the musicians that participated in this album were: Oxygene, Roga Roga, Papy Jah, Kila Mbongo, Espe Bass and Ramatoualye. And Stany Rodriguez former singer of the band Lousaka Foula featured the late Rigadin Mavoungou, Zadio, etc.

Thus this might have been the main reason that the album was called CONGO MANIA. The amalgamation of all these big stars.

I really like this project from the beginning to the end. I missed when congolese artists from different bands would collaborate together.

Sad that Arafat stay in Congo due to the passport. Reason why Papy Jah was doing animation

You had also guitarists Dallas Yambos and his brother Texas Yambos from Central African Republic who were part of the group Jeunes Premiers that had Top One Frisson as their atalaku/singer. The same Top One Frisson is the guy that animated in Kaysha hitsong On dit Quoi.

Top Frisson One also participated to this album because of being from Congo Brazzaville and had two song credited to him on this album.

There was also percussionist Charly Malonga of Academia that animated for a small part on the generique. He also animated on Jeunes Premiers' album Premillenium. I saw him being mad in the comments of Sam Tshintu's interview with Ado Yuhe, about Sam not mentioning him among members of Academia while he helped them by coming with cri's in Kikongo and went with them twice to Kinshasa (1999 & 2000)
