Manda Chante is somenoe who looks unlikeable. Manda is a sad soul. He lives so much in jealously and anger.

It seems that Papy Mboma has a bad reputation like Jacky Ndala used to have back in the days of HD Elengi. But the difference being that only journalists and musicians knowing about it. It's not the first the time that a bandleader bullied him about it. Koffi already did it a few times and also Werrason. I remember Werrason few years ago saying to him "mais yo osi okoma mosika tein" as reaction when Papy asked him about the stuff what was said about Werrason during Kibuisa Mpimpa about "the dragon" and "moto".

I really wonder what Manda Chante does to get easily received by politicians at their home or offices ? Is he part of ANR or what ? because its not normal. He didn't had a succesful career like JB Mpiana and Werrason. So on which criterium does they receive him ?

iyeah  it could be some ANR unofficial work,because the guy is everywhere,i wont be surprised if he snitches on some artists to authorities about what the artists say in private
