isnt that the same guy koffi had issues with in the past in the periods where he was said to have ran away back to congo via road border or something?

No this one just started a few years back and he is the current top host, the whole nation is talking about this incident lol.

The one you are referring to was in Zambia. It is a photojournalist of Rwandan origin whom they had an altercation with. Koffi allegedly broke the camera of the journalist and assaulted him for taking pictures of the dancers. Then when he came back some few years later there was an active court case against him, so he was to be arrested that's when he apparently escaped to Lubumbashi via Kasumbalesa border on a motorbike.
