Probably. In his recent in interviews of the last two years, he was always attacking Victoria Eleison-musicians that are based in Europe and he was not more performing with them anymore. On Victoria's side Mulo Scanto always throwing shots at Julio, about the war of who being the most with Emeneya during his last days.I saw recently a video of Pitshou Satiango & Marie Paul on tik-tok saying that Wenge El Paris is back and on their way to replace Viva la Musica as a Europe-based band. So it could be that Julio Nzau joined them, if I remember well he also sung a song for Pitshou Satiango
