The song is called La Semaine. Akademia wanted to release it for the album Droit d'Asile that never came. Tonton Lay ended up by releasing the song years on his solo-album, which made some former Academia fans angry and dissapointed. Them seeing it as a Sam Tshintu-song.

thanks for the answer ive been listening to academia first two albums and they had so much potential sanction was the stand out of them both music wise and music videos, where do you think they went wrong those last two eps were terrible espically seXy chocolat whatever that was

Its because of French-rap recordlabel Secteur A stopping their contract. Their EP 4 Coins Kandala was recorded in Kinshasa and Kinshasa-studios had at that time a terrible sound, unless if mobile studios coming from Europe were used, but that wasn't sadly the case for them. Akademia struggled alot in Kinshasa when coming back from the Viagra-tour, it was the contract that they signed with Bralima/Primus later, that used to save them a little bit.
Sexy Chocolate was made in the vision to conquer the European market. That was the dream that Sam still had, after that they failed to do it with Secteur A. But the album created problems after getting released. Because when trying to get royalties from SACEM, Modogo, Mboshi and Popolipo discovered that Sam Tshintu credited all songs to his name. Modogo and Sam even apparently fought against each other in the streets. That was is the thing that Modogo and Mboshi made Sam leave on his own. Later the three guys would get contacted individually to return to Quartier Latin. Modogo and Mboshi accepted the offer, but Sam refused.
