10000 billion per cent true,e there are more naturally talented that the mainstream extremely well marketed artists in states and france,and its the same with us,we barely can even count 2 artists kinshasa based who have a big enough promotion but still the 8 9 10 who either can manage some promotion or have hype around them you can see guys with less funds drop equal or better music and go nowhere special
