Why are Congolese leaders obsessed with lightskin women? We are Comgoleses for God's sake, we are dark, can't they find a woman with dark complexion to feature? Only lightskins?

What crime have lightskin women committed? Should they be overlooked and not featured even if they are born and bred Congolese lightskins?
