man his concert in literally 3 days away and i am still not feeling much hype,is that that roga while building his own name a lot via the forced solo career has also affected him with a ever weaker extra musica hence people less willing to make the move ?
because logically his popularity went higher up a lot since he almost erased extra musica's existence but he still just about performing in casino de paris

Girls drive sales nowadays, the thing about Roga that I have noticed is that he has a lot of male fans who respect his guitar work, but people outside of Brazzaville don't really rate his singing (which to be honest have to be worked so much times in studios to be decent) and I have never heard of a woman going crazy and love songs by Roga Roga alone the way they do it with Fally or to some extent Ferre, plus people loved Bokoko not because of him but for the Oh eh Oh and the Synthe sound so outside of that the average African woman listener or the average Congolese listener of music especially if this listener is a woman won't rate him much

It doesn't help that there's no personalities in his group in terms of attitude and looks. It's literally Roga that's carrying Extra Musica, which is difficult to do if you're not focused on image – just music, which hasn't been great to be honest
