The whole video looks like it could be a TikTok challenge if it came out today or if it was released by some other artists. We’re really missing generiques like this today. Alain and Bouro doing what they do best!

Criminally underrated album and well ahead of its time. Had it came out after the two F’s had their debuts and relaunched the 5th generation maybe it would’ve had a larger impact

Amadou Diaby was fresh at the time, so promotion was lacking

top album indeed with the master alain prince at the command,but these guys fetish with poto ruined them,funnily enough now bouro loooooooooves kinshasa to death yet still is barely active music wise
i believe by the way that he played the main generique,like he did with japonais in feux de l'amour,that touch is too refined for a 19 years old christian solo then or he did the pattern they christian tried to follow with the same steinberger because thats very close to that sound
