This generique will be among the best generiques of 2024. It is refreshing in today's mediocre music scene, we got a well made generique. This comes from no other than Sappeur and former Papa Wemba associate Modogo Gian Franco Ferre. He released a lovely generique with nice guitar work from Caen Madoka. I can hear Gloria Tukhadio within the choir when they say "LAKISA" which is lingala for show or present. This song is part of Modogo's new album called SOUVENIR. We are not sure when it will come out. Until, enjoy this great generique

Now this is my type of générique. A real drum set with natural sound and a dominant solo from maestro Caen Madoka. Bravo

It’s a shame we get mostly synthetic sounding génériques from DRC based artists when they can now readily access a top studio with their entire band
