i think still during this month,not set yet but i think the authorities wanting to avoid two things,first no to look incompetent(which they are lol) in allowing concerts a week after the dream after having already been criticized for allowing the previous martyrs of mbiye amid an attempt of putsch at the head of the nation having most of kinshasa paralysed and having to escort moise to his concert like he is a president of another country they have to secure
and secondly they did not want to allow one and cancel one between ferre and fally's events so it was either they allow both or they cancel both to avoid problems,gally garvey's concert at the end of the month is maintained so surely before that just the time that there is enough gossip and drama for people to quickly move on from the kalambay disaster,as usual
