As comment suggested Deplick, he is one of the most friendliest man in Congolese music business, if you want to take the youth try to see with an Innoss or a Rebo collaboration, Innoss is really known and loved or if you want to do it with a legend try Awilo Longomba, but I don't know most of these guys budget fee
