Title: Will the event of Koffi Olomide at Hippodrome de Vincennes still take place ?

Will the event of Koffi Olomide at Hippodrome de Paris still take place ? Because Koffi said that they will announce the date in september, but september is almost finished.

Is he really blacklisted in France because of the case he had or isn't he able to find a concertpromoter, who wants to put money into the project or was the announcement of Hippodrome de Vincennes just a way to counter Fally Ipupa who wanted to perform at Stade de France ? Since Hippodrome de Vincennes used to have some events where the attendance was above the 100.000 during the 1980s and 1990s while Stade de France cannot go above 80.000 people ?

i would not be surprised if there is anonymous letters again like at the festival in switzerland,i think koffi does not want again the "shame" of announcing a date and it not happening because of things happening underground  because the clan of fally "spokesmen " would mock him too much
