all musicians know that the bare minimum of decent life is hundred times better in europe

If you have money brother. You probably cone from a stable country. Most of these guys came from poor background and finding a job in Kinshasa given the overpopulation is extrmely hard. Most of these musicians don't have salaries and yes they do get big money in songs but hoe often does a group song comes?
