Didier Bandjo Milla was a phenomenal songwriter in the 90s and I think he put a couple of songs in Felix Wazekwa's debut album Tetragamme. He also did an album where Papa Wemba and a couple of other singers sang. There's also the infamous La Vie a Zero which Ferre sang in along with Olivier Tshimenga on the guitar. What ended up happening to him?
