I don't have a time to write a whole story with all details. But the projects of Bercy already started in 2010, after having performed at Zenith de Paris. Fally's team receiving a contract to plan an event there in summer 2010, but David Monsoh prefered to wait for the 3th album and not rush. At the same time Fally wasn't satisfied about his first Zenith and wanted to re-do another, which also happened in 2011, but got saboted by activists who wanted to impose a concert-ban in the Schengen-Area against Congolese artists. Althought the concert-ban being there, some staffmembers were talking about a Bercy in 2012
Then years later after a cancelled event at La Cigale in 2017. Fally Ipupa announced in 2019, that he would perform at Bercy in 2020. The press and people were wondering if he would be able to do, since that all artists that tried to plan events in Paris (JB Mpiana, Heritier Watanabe, etc.) saw their events getting cancelled by the police. Prior to the event, Fally went to lobby to the at that time head of OIF (Organisation internationale de la Francophonie) Louise Mushikiwabo. There was whole African-tour planned before the Bercy with an event in Kigali (Rwanda), being among the tourdates, but knowing that the activists would use that date as reason to cancel his show, he acted after performing in Ivory Coast, that he was sick, which made the tour-date in Rwanda and some others after it getting cancelled.

While the event itself ended it up by being a success inside,outside Bercy, Paris witnessed chaos. Fans that tried to go Bercy got attacked. Before the show there were also protests and in attempt to get the show cancelled, activists burned the station "Gare de Lyon" down (like the way they did with Heritier's Olympia by burning a car). But the date got still maintained.

The incident created alot of polemic and the police-chef apparently getting fired. It created also alot of anger among French-people, wondering why foreigners would burn a station down and also going in the favor of far-right political parties against president Macron. There were rumors about Congolese artists from Kinshasa being blacklisted for a moment in France. Fally's event would also be the last huge event, because only 1 or 2 week after it, there came a lockdown in France because of the Covid-19 virus.

Still don’t know why Fally doesnt want to upload a Video on youtube for this project. I think after Koffis Bercy and Fally La defense its a important concert!

That ain’t gonna happen he said himself he won’t ever upload his concerts on YouTube when someone asked him to upload U Arena on YouTube

How come he doesn't want to? Is it the split of profit with YouTube that is the source of disagreement?

It's possible. Maybe that Elektra Musica gets some percentage from official images on YouTube and him not wanting them to get any profit from it
