Did they qualify?
The BCBG recruitment is quite different from other bands. Recruits grow into the band and do not arrive as super stars.
Nelly fills the Chieftain job well, and her influence and clout are apparent to all band members. The camaraderie among the members is something to encourage.
I love these repetition videos, they give insights, improvisations etc.
