I invite someone to draft an article on how the playing of the Congolese solo guitar has evolved. My preference has been the rhythmic and integrated/blended, laid back style of Ficcare , Mboka Liya,Ramazani,Makaba and Dady Bola to name a few. I am not a fan of the flashy stand out individualistic style exemplified by Flamme Kapaya  as below
