the version i am hearing from kin and which was also coicidentally posted by some pages on facebook is that werra wanted to buy a house in kin for 1.4 million and the family did not accept and later ferre who was looking for a house in the same area offered 1.7 and got his offer accepted,so on werra's side it was seen like done on purpose to try to humiliate werra despite months of difference
i have no 100 per cent conviction its true,but shows you have easy big beefs can start in our music,same like ferre buying a big house which had appartments among which robinio had one and was still building his own house,because it coincided in period where robinio had already been attacking ferre for years it got interpreted as ferre wanting to prove robinio a point
