Congolese artists and money coming from politicians is a long story. 17 years later, nothing has changed and it became even worser. To be honest, I don't believe that Papa Wemba and the rest of AMC would have done something signicifant for Congolese music with the 2 millions, they would have shared it between themselves like they did with the 15.000 dollars when they met Joseph Kabila
