He should have followed ferre in kin when the group started but i guess he did not have his longterm french papers so it did not happen,then he participated in three of ferre's albums,and i recently saw him rehearsing one of the last generiques it made no other sense to me than him preparing to join the group

All these years and no papers? For some reason I thought he got them around the Les Marquis era, because he was in Europe for a while before rejoining Masion Mere

Japonais just spent 1,5 years in France before joining Les Marquis. Getting papers in France isn't that easy. There are alot of people that live more than 20 years in Paris, but have no papers. It also for these reasons that some Congolese people decide to go elsewhere in France (Normandie, Bretagne, Aquitaine, etc.), because there it's easier to get papers
There are different musicians that do interviews or play at Djonga or other nightclubs/restaurants, but are homeless and sleep at different places
