Like he said in previous interviews he wants instrumentists songs to be done first so he is there praising the song of likayabu na mbonda the former viva nouvelle ecrita mbonda player as the one he likes the most from the kinshasa guys and he says binda bass and co will also have songs in europe
and he added that he never felt ready mentally spiritually earlier to record a quartier latin album because he became even more hurt with the massive exodus of danger de mort when he heard that it was a planned exodius from even before the album that materialised and that all those who left most of them never talked nice enough of him so he had it hard to trust male artists like before but now and it turns out to be symbolically 20 years after he feels ready

At least he’s being honest for once LOL I still don’t believe it will happen. It was a missed opportunity to not give the team of Joss Jitrois Guelord and co a QL album.

yeah indeed but now that he said it he was way to paranoid back then,imagine joss and jitrois got dropped from two african trips just because he had heard that they they got mbetenge or poupa to have a pre record of their vocals in studio so that its sounds clean when they present to him koffi literally ordered sipo at 5 in the morning or something like that to come with their passports and remove them while the trip was in the night because for him it was a secret attempt of doing stuff behind his back like how fally soleil jipson all had kin prerecords before leaving
it was only by 2016 that he could genuinely joke with the omba and co while still having that PTSD he'd try and give it a go but then out of nowhere it would just take for example mon ami guelor shining in a concert in abidjan with his dancing for him to take a step back,while before the trauma it would make him mad enthusiastic to record fast
what worries me though is that his touch might be wayyyy to present like when he records cindy,and his touch is nowhere near what it once was especially with the desire to blindly follow trends to stay "in the market"
