it's quite simple he's been told to wear like thise,i see no other explanation
it's like jb in 2001 at stade des martyrs his musicians wore clothes with skull and crossbones signs on it,or bill who goes at a massive concert with triple six all written all over his clothes,and so on there are many exampoles but you have to pay carefully attention to details to notice it
