I don't if he is, but it could be not, a lot of Congolese guys like to speak Portuguese on the song as a sign of friendship to Angolans since a lot of Angolans put some lingala in their lyrics, Ricardo Lemvo had a song called Habari Yako (born in Kin by Angolan parents) and Puto Portuguese, Nacobeta, Puto Lilas, Os Detroia, Anselmo Ralph a lot of Angolans respect and love Congolese people, of the Congolese people who are of Angolans descent there are Ambulance, Prince (Cabinda), N'Yoka Longo (Uige) Bercy Mwana...
In fact there is a song that JB did like 18 years ago that was a little in portuguese (Amina cuidado, o trabalho rápido rápido, Angola Luanda na problema da guerra, nos queremos paz (em) Angola.
