they will know next thursday but the producer says despite combattants having insulted him at the court and so on(he understands lingala) he is confident the concert will happen

Thanx a lot archos,hope the French justice does the right thing and set a good precedence, these combattufis need to be taught a lesson.

Yeah, basically it's the combattants who took action I think through one member of parliament there,they want the courts to block the concert for security reasons so it looks like JB's producer is putting up a good fight with his lawyers.

producer also said that he will respect it if court says concert is forbidden and he hopes combatants will also respect if he gets authorisation
but as i expected,there are already vioeos of combattants confirming their threats and all that.....

What kind of Justice/Political system do you guys have over there in France, the courts are going to decide if a concert happens?? Why don't those courts just instead tell authorities to go to zenith and protect the people attending and the the combattants so there would be no trouble.

Yes,the courts have to decide since the combattants took the matter to court in order for the court to block the concert so if the court decides that the concert will go ahead, police will have an obligation to provide security without fail.

You mean the courts in paris can stop a concert of this nature? What case have the combantants thrown to the lawyers?

The court has ruled that they have no powers to decide whether the concert should go ahead or not,it is a matter for the police to decide and most likely should be on the public order act if they have it in France so it's up to the police whether they have the manpower and resources to provide security or cancel the show if they don't have enough manpower.
Looking at the nature of the show, the police may decide that the concert goes ahead since it's for a noble cause and not for profit, I have a feeling the combattants will lose and it will be chance for the police to identify the culprits behind the so called moved ''combattants.''

loved when he said democracy has spoken and he hopes combattants will respect the police's decision which i still doubt,unless they miraculously continue showing some maturity,trying that process was mluch more intelligent than the thousand of death threat videos
