I did not know that Awulu Mbonda was chief d' orchestre, I taught it was Nicodem.

I think he's just calling him Chief, the Chef d'orchestre is Charly Solo whilst the Artistic Director is Freddy Marchouse Damba. If am not mistaken, Awulu should be in chief of discipline of rehearsals based on an interview I watched a while back. The first ever Chef d'orchestre was singer Vibration.
