Why the hell is that guy doing Bercy's part in the video they should have just let it go and just show dance dance parts when it's Bercy's parts and why is Nicolas in this video?? And the color in this video looks stupid as f*ck and the camera is moving all over the place.

Because the band and the music will still go on without Bercy so someone has to take his part on the little work he did. On this generique it's Bercy who did most of the animation so if they leave out his parts or do show someone doing his lines it would be stupid and wouldn't make sense.
Which Nicholas? the drummer? I thought he was part of the band, maybe he's a good dancer too ,Seguin,Kakol and other drummers and instrumentalists from other bands are shown in video clips,there's nothing wrong with that.

They have the new guy comme au lion doing his parts in the video I'm just saying they have just shown dancing  parts when Bercy's line come up and when they show Kakol they show him playing the drums not dancing except for Solola Bien.
