Clearly here he was teaching the class to speak Lingala and he did by using his songs as the pilot to begin his mission of getting people to speak Lingala. My guess it was either in England or Belgium.

Thanks Archos. I meant to say UK. Because England, Ireland, and Scotland are together as Great Britian or United Kingdom.

No i think the the students sang in lingala but he spoke in french and english but preferably french translated to english.
But the man shows immense attributes of his artistic skills vraiment vieux oyo aza docteur honoris vraiment o confirme yango R.I.P
