celeo says that when they were in kenya(him,sam tshintu,lofombo and manda chante) with general defao, bill called mwami rajabu the guy who organized it to ask why doesnt him give him money instead of them because he has more success than all of them combined
and celeo says he is surprised to see a guy who shows up everywhere saying he is a millionaire,act like that for a couple of thousand of dollars

You see these kind of things that we're talking about! What makes Bill think that he is successful more than all of them combined? thats being stupid of him!!!Let him fuck his nose elsewhere, these other guys also have a life to live. And I now believe that is what all of them have in mind.
