I think you've misinterpreted his sentiments, he's asking a question to the journalist and laughs that they are making it seem as if it's a national disaster and that they think Ferre does not look after his musicians, he further clarifies that Ferre is a great leader with vision and looks after them well and is focussed and he's one who can sing along with acoustic accompaniment for example Papa Wemba and JB Mpiana so to them it's business as usual.

Marchouse is an experienced professional guitarist who knows very well that Coreen Accompa holds Maison Mére and wouldn't replace him so he Marchouse wouldn't be stupid to leave Ferre's band where he's Artistic Director to go and play second fiddle to Coreen Accompa so if Marchouse leaves, the most likely destination would be Quartier Latin and purely for financial reasons.

lol you remind me of when mbokaliya joined el paris,the day they arrived from europe tour and he said he came back with many clothes and so on and 30 minutes after he is on tv next to marie paul manda and depitsho attacking wenge musica, i laughed so much ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
