in short he said that he wont leave ferré for werra because it would be a step down and because he feels valued with ferré and  that unlike some atalakus like bercy he does not talk alot  but delivers wherease bercy makes a lot of noise with little end product after that

They kinda look a like and both have a piercing right below the lower lip...and the animation he did @28:17 I've replayed it so many times, I can't for it to come out!
