No, they are adults and don't need to be embarrassed in front of fans and their relatives.
A good manager will not yell at his employees in public, he should have asked them in private why they were outside earlier,they are not security guards but partners for the manager's success,if Werrason is educated as he claims then he should know better.

Get real man, even in formal employment no stupid manager would do what Werra did, you don't just arrive somewhere and start shouting at your employees, disciplining your staff doesn't mean you have the right as a manager to yell at them as you wish, any real manager knows that.
