If Cessez le Feu from  is a 1997 album then it means Bill Clinton did not create that animation he from Min 3 which is also on Wenge Musica Maison Mére's first album Intervention Rapide not so?

if you are talking about  "yungana" its street kids who created in then it went to quartier latin and clan wenge
