By the sound of it, he's the one leading in the animation in this extract. 
He's not that bad, he's got a very clear voice and sounds similar to Ambulance of Maison Mere. The guy is quite creative it's just like Ferre seems to have preference for new atalukus in each of his generiques, Bercy has been lucky to get the number one spot in animation as Ferre rarely gives domination in animation.
