One thing am sure of is that 13eme Apotre will be better than Balle de match or even ingeta. Koffi can still produce good music if he can stop mixing sex with business. Surely currently its Quartier Latin that has the best atalakus, they can do better.

You're really in dreamland!!! Kiekiekiekiekie. JB,Werra, Ferre and Fally have been shitting on Koffi for the last 5 years that he has been releasing absolute nonsense as music with his skinny dark girl Candy. Bord Ezanga Kombo though with less sebene was his last album which showed that there was something still in him as one of Congo's best composers. Abracadabra was proper garbage with too much stuff you can't listen to with children or with elders and all the songs sounded the same. He followed that up with useless singles and Cindy's useless single, the man is finished and he doesn't seem to understand that.
Koffi used to be one of my favourites and back in the days I could identify by name almost all his staff but now I only know maybe 4 or so, I have lost all faith and respect in Koffi and I also feel sorry for his wife.

you can't be serious DJ Sly!!!I don't understand much to do with composition but one thing I can tell you is that Abracadabra is more appreciated in Kenya more than most of what Ferre,Fally werra and Jb have produced in the recent past. Sincerely talking of Cindy's single, Which sebene song can you compare with koupe if you were to compare it with satelite or what Ferre produced just recently? Personally I find Libebe and On est ensemble to be the best songs for 2013 and even now.

i understand the points of sly and ken(and also than ken is a big fan of koffi lol)and i think frustration with koffi comes from the direction he have to his career post fally, he copied fally's erotic rumba style and got it to another level( in 13eme apotre there is a song in which he describes positions he would do to the girl from first to last minute almost) and also withdraw one of the reason of his popularity,a real quartier latin team and focused too much on 'cherie number 2" aka cindy
i am sure many of those would have said a big WOW to a koffi sebene not so long ago,but now i wont say its completely bad,there is still some nice parts here and there but its very far from the koffi we know who was making brigade and kerozene rehearse all day long at his house,after and before their group rehearsal,just in order to produce a very very solid generique

Am serious. In Zambia even the Skol lager promotion Skol Mandramanda was a hit and played everywhere but that doesn't mean Skol Mandramanda was excellent, it's by far his worst ever record!!

The only people who understand congolese music is congolese...that's why you hear about shit songs and artist like wazekwa being a hit in other African countries when in reality they produce garbage when it comes to rumba.

Garbage. This album was a flop. For me it's one of the albums who killed congolese music with the rumba ratio taking over sebenes. It's sad because Koffi had a great team back in 2005-2006

I simply don't know what music is if Skol Mandramada was kofi's worst ever record. Have loved that song very much Sly, maybe you should enlighten me on parts that you feel went wrong artistically.Thank you.

yes,koffi has a zenith proposal in his hands,he keeps saying that he is the one who could solve the combattants issue maybe he has a plan with them who knows

That's a while I have a couple more questions! Doesn't he have problems in Europe with the whole rape charges and everything and why would he go back to zenith? His line up of musciains would be questionable it would just be koffi and cindy!.n He has yet to do a concert just like Bercy again!
