Actually Divise par Deux is one of the best songs on this album, well arranged, the story is good and Shella sang at ease and the solo vocal interventions were excellent,love that intervention by Bouro Mpela.

I think he stayed in europe after "Boma nga na elengi" concerts, therefore he was replaced by Bouro Mpela

I think that could be it because we don't see before or after De Mort was released(expect for that one rehearsal DVD)

From the album Kibuisa Mpimpa, this song has my favourite chorus and solo vocal interventions especially by the tenorists Ferre,Adjani and most especially Aimelia Lias who hit those high notes like an angel!! Nuff respect to Al Nzimbi for the arrangement of this album,he nailed it.

I think mainly it's because their is a limited number of music arrangers and musicians work with the same arrangers, some of the arrangers do not think beyond the box and you find that the same arrangers work with different artists from other bands so the music is sounding the same,it's all about love.

another factor is that all those guys we are eagerly waiting for to release albums have already reached most of their goals they set themselves when starting their career(money,success) then they do not do that extra effort which took albums to another level anymore
there is a lot of nice music coming from "minor artists"
the example of karmapa speaks a lot,few were expecting his album let alone knowing him but its a massive job he's done

at the beginning yes but he left like 6 months before release so his voice was taken off,but anyway werra did not let him participate much he had far less time than ferre and co

The best rumba song from Maison Mere ever. This is the best chorus Werra ever had. When I listen to this album and others such as Intervention Rapide and Solola Bien I can't believe that now Maison Mere become a group of singers making poor rumbas with no sense who sounds the same. Only novice can say that the current WMMM is better than this one.

You mean that he was preparing Affaire Tonya Tonya at the same time Werra was preparing Kibuisa Mpimpa ? Is it true ? Because he had a lot of problems in Maison Mere back then singers used to disrespect him because Werra asked them to do it

no,adolphe wanted to participate in kibuisa and had even received money for mabanga,but since him and werra were having leadership conflicts werra only allowed him one vocal which would have been in fair play and another in annie(replaced by jdt part)
then to compensate for those who gave him money adolphe did a rumba where he dedicated them then later with big contribution of eldorado and pascal poba thought about a solo album and a group

What I heard is that he was preparing his solo album too and it's one of the reasons why he fell out with Werrason and it's why Werra was using Ferre and Bill to undermine Adolphe's authority, they made sure he looked like a mere employee and not a co-leader and founder of Wenge Musica Maison Mére and in turn,Didier Lacoste too seems not to have been happy that Ferre was Werra's favourite, am sure you recall that Lacoste had also joined Adolphe's Tonya Tonya were he linked up with old band mate Shella Mputu and the likes of Shibida,Jitrois and others. Serge Mabiala was also one of the musicians who was unsettled too.

Yes I already know that. But finally Mabiala remains in Maison Mere but I heard that Adjani and Celeo wanted to leave too because they didn't like Werra treated Adolphe but I want to know why they didn't follow Tata ? Even Sankara refused to go with Adolphe despite the fact they were close.
