I don't think he'll succeed since the so called combattants are present in US and Canada.

Yes they are there but they are by far the calmest ones they know especially with the terrorism trauma in USA their police does not mess up with such things,many times combattants from europe have reproched them of being "too nice"

There is one major musician who couldn't manage to play in the US after announcing that there will be a show, I can't remember who and it was due to the combatant's threats.

it was jb,and indeed werra's small america tour of 2011 was not easy combattant wise but i think now like i said those america guys i have calmed a lot,most of the violent videos are coming from france,uk,belgium,south africa...but at the same time i think congolese musicians were afraid to take the risk even though its seems more likely to suceed in america,its way too far from congo and like jb said would be a risk taking musicians who also have their families that far from home with a risk of something bad happening
