He sounds like he's a staunch Christian believer especially the way he quotes the bible even in his songs.

oh yeah the day he "shocked me" is the day of bcbg's bercy, my elder brother brought me to the locker rooms they were reunited in to great them and he was actually insisting for the guys to abandon their phones including jb himself to concentrate so he can do a prayer before they go on stage, and i swear even at chruch i rarely felt like that his words were so powerful that i even was sweating :D :D :D
many of his brothers and sisters are pastors aswell,he uised to refuse going on stage if they do not pray before
