They're asking for a cease fire because all of Ferre's kids are coming to Kinshasa for their vacation and Ferre also wants to educate his children about stuff and doesn't want them to see that stuff when their actually present in Kinshasa. And Freddy Marchouse says on Independence day(June 30th) Ferre is doing a another Lipanda like concert where he will sing songs from Pepe Kalle to Luambo etc. all the way to Boite Noire.
