Ilunga never gets taller because dwarfs never get taller!!!!! Chikito is not a dwarf,he was just a kid when Ferre got him from the slums. I don't know his age but i know Ilunga an adult and not a kid as you think.
I don't know if you've ever watched Nigerian movies,maybe you've come across these two faces,they are not kids either
