yes  there is a "virtual" country/kingdom but its counted as a french territory

in france,of course its made clear that its not on the territory,like those west indies countries  who still are french,but nationality from monaco is virtual,simple example is that in football  monaco plays in the french championship
lets say its like a  federal state of france

France has no real influence over Monaco like lets say China has over Hong Kong and Taiwan for example
