ROGA ROGA'S MUSIC (SEBENE) IS ALL SIMILAR, HE DOES NOT CHANGE THE STYLE OR RHYTHM,

That's exactly how all brazzavlle musicians (except for Patrouille Des Stars) do their sebene, if people want to claim monotony they should also claim brazzaville sebene as monotony.
