He says he joined the group wen burkina faso,kapaya and japonais were all around( which means before double zenith) so a part from heritier kakol and ali mbonda the rest of band members arrived after him, and its him who spotted eboa lotin from a song of do akongo and introduced him to werrason
he admits he is a weed smoker but he has discipline about it and even plans to stop one day
he says he does not have a car but thanks to fans and donors he has a decent life
his idols are alain makba and burkina faso and he praises mayi ya nkamba bill's soloist, he also like fally's soloists but he does not know their names, he praises arc en ciel then wants to mention a bcbg soloist and carine asks him why these days its hard to have an interview of maison mere guys without jb's name and vice versa, and he answers that one day while walking in the streets he saw jb and and jb gave him 100 dollars and he was surprised because he though jb would not even know he is a maison mere guy
then he says he also appreciates a ferre soloist but does not know his name and carine(as usual lol) goes with a bit of polemic by mentioning marchouse and saying he does not play in albums and its olivier tshimanga instead,then mayi ndombe says marchous is impolite and has never been to scholl

He's a humble and honest guy and not afraid to give credit where it's due, didn't expect him to credit Ferre's soloist though he didn't mention who. It's funny that Carine was trying to lead him into polemic about Marchouse but Mayi simply said the truth that Marchouse is impolite especially for saying he's better than all the guitarists at Maison Mere including Coreen who Mayi says actually trained Marchouse so i look forward to Marchouse's response on that counsel.
He seems to have mastered Mboka Liya's style and also knows Flamme's style though he doesn't play very fast, Werra should give him chance on lead.

its true that marchouse made major progress with help of coreen when they were in promise musica
marchouse was on rhythm with another guy and coreen on lead and marchouse was also his understudy on lead
but then coreen went to bozi and he took over as soloist who can play rhythm aswell

No, i don't think it was the guitarist he was giving a shout out. Mai Ndombe is a district in Congo, i suspect the singer who was singing at that point on the song is from Mai Ndombe it's likely the reason why Adolphe mentioned Mai NDombe after saying the name of the singer. This album '25 Minutes-Jugement Dernier' was released in 2004 when Mayi Ndombe was already with Wenge Maison Mere. I have two old dvd's of Wenge Tonya Tonya released around that time and Maison Mere's Mayi Ndombe is wasn't present on stage.

No, i don't think it was the guitarist he was giving a shout out. First let me address this irritating issue of the polemic bullshit by Sankara, it is a fact that Marchouse plays on every song by Ferre, you're learning guitar and hang out with musicians which means you have a bit of knowledge of the recording process so you should know that.
Ferre records 98% of the songs in Kinshasa,when he goes to Europe he records two or three songs on the album and these are the ones on which he sings all alone and these are the songs on which Europe based session musicians like Olivier Tshimanga, Michel Bass, Mbetenge and others lend him a hand as Ferre goes alone to edit and finalise the record and do the final mix down including mabanga,it is on such trips to Europe that he also edits and including addition of some new vocal lines by singers for instance Arnake's vocals were removed by Ferre and Chibida had to sing instead causing Arnake to lose it and join Maison Mere. This also happened to Asso Ferrari who recorded on Koffi's Bord Ezanga Kombo and other albums but his vocals were removed in Europe because Koffi never liked him coz of his closeness with Cindy.
Olivier Tshimanga has been in Kinshasa for the last few months and he's added his guitar on many songs on Ingeta but that doesn't mean Coreen Accompa didn't play,it's Coreen who recorded the main rhythm and Olivier added his own touch that's all he does.
Now back to the matter at hand, i don't have the cover of 25 Minutes too but luckily i had saved the album on my computer so i can't confirm the credits so it may well be that it is indeed Mayi Ndombe was guest on 25 Minutes but for what i don't know because at the time Adolphe had plenty of good guitarists.

Your argument is making my point there's a difference between being a guest on an album and cleaning up or polishing the works of the best rythmist ;) ;D The soloist playing in this clip is not the one that created the partitions but out of respect he consulted with the creator like Thsimanga might have done with Polycap in Kin. Btw my boy (who is a natural) can easily play the drums in this song but that doesn't mean him or I will start thumping our chests ;D
