He says skol had understood he could do that feat with werra but there against bill going to la zamba which is sponsored by rival primus
but in the same time werra wants him to go to la zamba and present his animations to fans first before going in studio
then naty asks him about the fact it seems the ex maison mere guys ( the generation solola bien kibuisa) dont have good relationship,bill answers that he has no problem with any of them,sometimes he goes to ferre's house without even telling him he is coming, and that when he went to france recently he took train to go to belgium just to see jdt and they even discussed about a second version of les marquis,and says that since people consider him as the guy who cause the split of the group (with his skol contract) he is the one that can team them up together again
bill says ferre underestimated himself and thats why he went back and joined koffi's quartier latin to get more popularity whereas he was already very popular because werrason had turned them all into stars already and also he feared maison mere fans and their very strong passion so he went to quartier latin to get "new fans"
he was so pissed by ferre joining quartier latin that he decided to start a solo career straight away( whereas the plan was that they would continue les marquis with ferre in kin with bill's contract and instruments and jdt would join them when done with french papers)

It's not up to Bill whether the song yes releasd or not it's Koffi's song and his decision.

...Bill just played himself; lets hope the lyrics are good enough because if they're not then he just gave Koffi and La Zamba a free diss-bill coupon...

I watched somewhere i dont remember if on tv or internet bill saying that he wants minimum 40 000 dollars for that feat,because he is not a small artist you can have for peanuts
the song was supposed to be on both's albums so i suspect they have equal rights
