Papa Wemba is truly the Professor, the number of talented solo musicians out there have gone through his school and though most are not successful in their careers(financially) they are producing good music.
Alpa was talented but I don't think he would have gone anywhere,he was all over the place as a singer and ataluku at the same time.

Are serious?? Alpha might of had some type of a following but of have never reached even Ferre's level of popularity.
