in short general kanyama is warning the groups into polemic to stop and focus on music otherwise they will be caught, tshala muana want all spokesmen banned for long, bill says its not the solution since they have received a clear warning and if they dont respect what kanyama said its at their own risk, seguin says they will respect what he said and make sure all is over

What i find odd is why they had to seek the intervention of police in the first place, all those educated people surely? On what grounds can they be arrested if they break the agreement, there's no criminal offence. The regulator of broadcasters or the ministry of information can simply come up with some law or guidelines for broadcasters to adhere to and if they don't they lose their licences that mean that musicians will be stuck and only up fighting via youtube which can easily be controlled.

Koffi was there,he's shown next to Blaise Bula as Ma Tshala was speaking.

He must have refused to comment or he left as soon as the meeting was dispersed by General Kanyama especially after those strong words by Tshala.

Lovely, the music should now start ringing in our ears, too much polemic monotony. Sly in Zambia the case that can be given to people like njora is behaviour likely to cause anarchy. Must be the case with congo.

I doubt if its a law that can work,in congo i think it can because it's not real democracy at the moment whatever they have, police have too much authority even beyond their jurisdiction.
