jb has been negotiating with producers in europe and america,and is on the verge of re-signing with monsieur simon but simon wants to take time to prepare a proper promotion plan like he did with previous albums he had with jb and bcbg(from feux de l'amour to internet) so he does not want to release straight away like that with no vision
so from what i heard they will release a generique and one or two songs before end of the year then whole album at the beginning of next year so that they could do a serious pre-release promotion at national and international level,print cds,do all 30 clips if possible as simon wants to release cd and dvd together
on the purely artistic level,jb has two or three sessions only for mabanga left then its last review of all songs to see if there are mistakes,mixing and mastering

JB can stick the albums where the sun don't shine!!! He's such a lazy and clueless plonker who needs to study a bit of marketing. I bet by the time the album is released we would have gotten used to all the songs in concerts and BCBG News so it's pointless even postponing for strategic reasons moreover no one buys CD's anyway so he's wasting his bloody time, he'll cry when someone steals a copy and duplicates it.

he deals too late with producers in that new system of funding most of album on their own for artists so if they are really serious promotion wise it takes time for them to prepare things when they sign contract
this sounds like soyons serieux all over again,100 per cent ready in december but released almost in march because of a last minute contract with a proper producer

Kiekiekie, EMO is frustrated but as for me am angry because of JB's ppor entrepreneurship skills.
Year in year out JB has the same silly problems he calls strategies much that by the time he releases his albums people laugh and ask if that's what they were eagerly waiting for as he doesn't do anything special.

He can sharve it..we have bEen waiting for years, now he is talking rubbish. As I said before that koffi and wazekwa have the courage, these wenge clowns are a joke, always coming with stories..You are going to hear soon that ingeta is postponed bcz they lost the flash drive where the album is..

For me archos I really like jb as a perdon n an artist. Rio, kibens and JDL I even like them more. But I hv been waiting for Balle de Match for too long than I can remember. So u said "likely", I hope not cz I can't wait till nxt year only to hear other stories again.

yes, its still not confirmed,jb "lost" three potential months of work to move abroad here and there for and with his family and we cant fault him for that

notice how much delays we had with almost every album the last 5 years or even more,since that era of producers funding album for first to last second ended
i think they need that system to come back,so that they can focus only on recording and also have a certain pressure not to drag studio works for years(as producer would want to release as "fast" as possible to gain back money invested and maybe make profit)

most of the producers of that era went broke,that's why and also lets be honest i have seen once african producers from several countries, in a tv show organized on ivory coast tv about african music in this century,its evolution,the problem of piracy...
and at some point they talked about congolese music which used to dominate africa,and they said they feel congolese musicians are now doing music for congolese people only(hence a ridiculous gap between number of rhumbas and dancing songs in albums)
somewhat i agreed with that
