I've become a big fan of Bill's over the past 8 years or so. This looks great. Have to get it! Anyone know of a USA or Canada (reliable only please!) source? I'm retired now (but still working) and paying for Europe-US shipping is too much!

The man is very creative with generiques. this is almost better than cindy and koffis generique 'sans ripos'.
